Absolutely. If you’re coming to China to visit suppliers, simply send me your factory list or product requirements. I’ll contact the suppliers, arrange appointments, coordinate the schedule, and plan the route so you can maximize your time and visit the right factories efficiently without the hassle.
2. What areas and industries do you know best?
I’m based in Guangzhou and have strong knowledge of the major manufacturing hubs throughout Guangdong Province.
I can assist with supplier visits and factory communication in industries such as clothing, leather goods, furniture, hardware, accessories, electronics, and more.

Additional expenses, such as bullet train tickets, private vehicle rental, accommodation, or entrance fees, are not included. I will always discuss the expected costs with you in advance so there are no unexpected expenses.
4. Can you help me negotiate prices and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities)?
Yes, definitely.
Negotiating with Chinese suppliers can be challenging, especially when it comes to pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and production details.
I can communicate directly with factories on your behalf to help you:
- Negotiate better prices
- Request lower MOQs when possible

- Find solutions that fit your business needs
My goal is to help you build a reliable supplier relationship, not just complete a one-time transaction.
5. Are you a company or a freelancer?
I am an independent freelancer.
Working directly with me allows you to get more competitive rates because there are no agency fees or hidden markups.
Most importantly, I do not receive commissions or kickbacks from factories. My responsibility is to represent your interests, help you find suitable suppliers, and negotiate the best possible terms for your business.
6. How can I book your guiding and translation services?
The booking process is simple:
- Send me your travel dates, requirements, and what you would like to accomplish.
- We discuss your itinerary, factory visits, sightseeing plans, and any special requests.
- Once everything is confirmed, you pay one day’s service fee as a deposit to reserve your dates.
After that, I will prepare the schedule and make sure everything is organized before your arrival.
7. Can you help check product quality at the factory before shipment?
Yes.
I can provide basic on-site quality inspections or factory checks to help ensure the products match your approved samples and requirements before shipment.

Travel, Logistics & Local Guiding
8. What types of private tours can you arrange in Guangzhou?
I can arrange personalized Guangzhou experiences based on your interests, schedule and travel style. Options may include major landmarks, historic neighborhoods, local food, shopping areas, wholesale markets and less touristy local experiences.
The itinerary can be designed for first-time visitors, returning travelers, families, solo travelers or business visitors who only have a few free hours between meetings.
9. Can we visit places outside Guangzhou?
Yes, definitely. I have been to many cities with my clients including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi’an, Zhangjiajie, Beijing, Huizhou, Foshan, Zhejiang, Shandong etc.
10. Is it easy to book your schedule?
My schedule is not fully booked at the moment, so many dates are still available. However, availability can change, especially during the Canton Fair, holidays and other busy travel periods. Send me your dates as early as possible so I can check them before you finalize your meetings, flights or hotel arrangements.
If your preferred dates happen to conflict with another client’s confirmed booking, I can introduce you to one of my trusted local partners. The service fee will be the same as my rate. I will tell you who will provide the service before the booking is confirmed, so you can decide whether the arrangement is suitable for you.
11. Can you arrange a private car and driver?
Yes. I know a number of local drivers and can help arrange a suitable private car for your itinerary. Tell me how many people are traveling, how much luggage you have, where you want to go and whether you need the vehicle for a one-way transfer, several stops or a full day.
Based on that information, I will help match you with an appropriate driver and vehicle. The driver and vehicle fee is separate from my guiding fee, and I will confirm the price and arrangement with you before the booking is finalized.ost-effective transportation options to keep your trip smooth and efficient.
12. Which languages do you speak for guiding and translation?
I am fluent in:

For technical meetings, please send product specifications, terminology, meeting agendas and other relevant material before the assignment. Advance preparation helps me interpret the discussion more accurately.
13. Can you customize the itinerary?
Yes. I do not require clients to follow a fixed group-tour schedule. Send me your available time, hotel or starting location, preferred pace, interests and any places you already want to visit.
I can then suggest a practical route that considers travel time, opening hours and the number of places that can realistically be visited in one day. A focused itinerary is usually better than trying to cross the entire city and rush through too many attractions.
14. Can you help communicate with logistics providers or handle shipping questions?
Yes.
I can assist with shipping coordination and communication with logistics providers.

15. How can I be sure my itinerary won’t be canceled?
I completely understand that planning a China trip from overseas requires trust.
I take every booking seriously. I have been working as a local guide, interpreter, and business assistant for international clients for three years, and I have always honored my confirmed appointments.
Your schedule is my priority. Of course, unexpected situations can happen. If I am ever unable to personally accompany you due to an emergency, I will arrange a trusted partner to take over the service. The price will remain exactly the same as my rate — you will not pay any extra fees. I will make sure the replacement understands your itinerary and requirements, and I will inform you beforehand so everything remains transparent and well organized.
